Conclusions
According to the food pyramid, we have a healthy diet as far as it concerns dried seeds, bread and pasta and most of us eat vegetables everyday.
However, we eat and drink a lot of dairy and we also eat more meat than fish and poultry. Also, we eat too many sweets per week and we drink too many soft drinks, but we do not eat enough fruit or drink fresh juices.
